The López Quintás Foundation: Fostering and Promoting Creativity and Values. 
In our present-day globalized society, changeable and often conflictive, we need to find new paradigms in order to foster creativity and values, thus overcoming difficulties in our daily lives. In this sense, some changes have been advocated in different fields, but they have barely made any considerable progress at all. The Foundation has been created to promote the novel and profuse ideas of Professor Alfonso López Quintás and to achieve greater accuracy and clarity in thinking, augmenting our creativity and enhancing our sensitivity to values. In this way, we learn how to distinguish between experiences which help to develop our personality and those which tend to block and destroy it. Who we are The López Quintás Foundation or FLQ (Fundación López Quintás, in its Spanish acronym) is a cultural non profit making organization, legally registered at the Spanish Ministry of Culture with registration order ECI/3642/2007. The activities are financed through donations from other foundations, private companies, public agencies and private donors. It is not tied to any business group or interests of any kind, rather than this it is the initiative of a group of people, eager to spread the thoughts of Professor López Quintás about Creativity and Values. What distinguishes this organization from others, who share similar goals, is the strength of these ideas, the humanistic horizons that they open up and the effectiveness of the method used. This Foundation has been set up by Antonio José García Cruz, President & Founder, with the collaboration of Alfonso López Quintas, as Honorary President, and the following patrons: María Ángeles Almacellas Bernadó, Amelia Córdoba de la Torre, Juan Manrique Alonso, Javier Sánchez-Moreno Gómez and José María Serradell Cirugeda. 
SEMINAR ON THE INVESTIGATION INTO ETHICAL LEADERSHIP BASED ON PERSONAL ENCOUNTER
For many years now, a great deal of research has been conducted into the relationship between business practices and ethical behaviour.
In order to foster this, the López Quintás Foundation and the Business Ethics Faculty at the University of Comillas wants to contribute to this line of investigation through our Seminar on Ethical Leadership based on Personal Encounter.
The objective of this Seminar is to design efficient and practical procedures for business management, based on the research by Professor López Quintás into ethical behaviour.
The resulting effect of this would be that every single person regains the protagonism which his dignity requires. This would create economic, social and personal wealth, all of which need to be implicit objectives in any business mission. Dr.Alfonso López Quintás 
Alfonso López Quintas is Professor Emeritus of Philosophy at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and member of the Royal Spanish Academy of Moral and Political Sciences, as well as being part of foreign groups, including L'Academie Internationale de l'Art (Switzerland). His learning method helps to give us a deeper insight into our lives, to examine our interior selves and to achieve more effective forms of action in various fields. He has published more than 40 books, on philosophical, aesthetic and educational matters which support the intellectual category of the thinker.
